Composer Erik Ingalls resides in Windsor Ontario. He is a member of the Screen Composers Guild of Canada and has studied under the auspices of composer Ryner Stoetzer.
In 2023, he provided score and audio post-production for Paperweight Owl Productions’ Inertia and Moth Wing Productions’ Within These Walls.
Winner of the 2021 AddAMovie Film Festival scoring competition and Musicworks Magazine 2017 Electronic Music Contest, he has also written and performed for theatre and as downtempo electronic artist NOT_digital.
Ingalls designed sound and wrote thematic and incidental music for ‘Threshold of Magic: The Death and Life of Tom Thomson’, for Canada’s 150th anniversary. He also worked with Tiffany Chan and Windsor Dance eXperience to stage an hour’s length contemporary ballet ‘The Phantom’ in 2011.
